Super Early Bird Sale: Key Information

The first ticket packages for 2027 will be available during the Super Early Bird Sale on Thursday, 2 July, 2026.

Sale schedule:

11:00am BST – Registration for the Super Early Bird Sale closes
11:00am BST – Returners receive first access
12:00pm BST – Newcomers gain access

Make sure you're registered for the sale before registration closes.

Queue System & Accessing the Booking Site

When it's your turn to book, we'll send you an email with your booking link. Follow the link to the booking site, where you may be placed in a virtual queue before you can begin your booking.

Here’s how it works:

1. Click the Explorations booking link - you’ll automatically be assigned a place in the queue
2. Your screen will display your position and estimated waiting time
3. When it’s your turn, you’ll be automatically redirected to the site

Getting Ready to Book

Make sure you have everything prepared before tickets go on sale. When booking opens, you’ll be able to:

• Purchase your festival ticket and accommodation package
• Add airport transfers to and from Tirana airport (Corfu transfers coming soon)

Tickets for Gjipe parties, poolside sessions, wellness program, shuttles and other experiences will be released later.

Note: All Explorations tickets include accommodation. This ensures fair pricing and availability for all attendees during the festival week. Please only book the accommodation you intend to use. Mainstage Festivals reserves the right to cancel bookings if additional accommodation is booked directly. See our terms for details.

What to Prepare in Advance

If you’re booking with friends - or even going solo - it’s best to plan ahead so you’re ready when sales open.

You’ll need the following information for everyone in your group:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Phone number

A £75 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.

Deposit & Payment Information

You can secure your place with a £75 deposit, plus 6 equal monthly instalments due on July 31, August 28, September 25, October 30, November 27 and December 28. 
Packages start from £340 per person.

If you book as a group, the lead passenger pays the deposit. Once your booking is created, each group member can pay their remaining balance individually.

You’ll receive reminders and full payment details after booking.

Choosing Your Explorations Package

Accommodation options are available for 2–6 guests, though most suit 3–4 people. 

Groups can book together in one reservation - either a shared room or multiple rooms. You’ll need details for everyone in your group to complete the booking.

Name Changes

You can change a name on your booking free of charge up to April 30, 2027. After that, a £55 fee applies per change.

Please note that name changes close four days before the event.

When changing a name, remember that the entire package (ticket + accommodation) transfers to the new person. It’s not possible to split or partially transfer a booking.

If a name change is essential, contact our customer service team before the two-week cutoff. Requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed.Guests without an approved name change may be refused entry on arrival in Dhërmi.

Arrival & Departure Dates

Your arrival and departure dates will determine your available hotel and transfer options. If you book transfers through us, the options are:

Arrival: Thursday, June 10 or Friday, June 11

Departure: Monday June 14, Tuesday Junem 15, or Wednesday June 16

Music programming runs from the evening of Thursday, June 10 to the early hours of Wednesday, June 16.
